Issues Regarding OBC Certificates

Many applicants were facing problems with their OBC certificates. The commission has provided clear instructions on this matter:

• For Those Without a Certificate: Candidates who are newly included in the OBC list or do not yet have a certificate need not worry. The OBC certificate field in the application form is not mandatory and can be left blank.
• Old Certificates: Those who have an old, manually issued certificate can use that certificate’s number for future reference and verification.
