Interview Dates & Schedule

  • Dates: 30th December 2025 (30/12/2025) and 31st December 2025 (31/12/2025)
  • Medium: English Medium Candidates Only

Mandatory Document Checklist for Interview

Candidates must appear before the interview board with the Originals as well as Self-Attested Photocopies of the documents listed below. Failure to produce these may lead to disqualification (Please comply with the official notification).

  1. Call Letter for Interview (downloaded from the WBBPE portal).
  2. Downloaded Document of TET-qualification/TET Eligibility Certificate.
  3. Admit Card of Madhyamik Pariksha or Certificate (as proof of age).
  4. Mark sheet and Certificate of Madhyamik or its equivalent examination (issued by Board/Council).
  5. Mark sheet and Certificate of Higher Secondary or its equivalent examination.
  6. Mark sheet and Certificate of 2-year D.El.Ed./D.Ed. (Special Education)/4-year B.El.Ed. or equivalent training.
  7. Mark sheet and Certificate of Graduation (BA/B.Sc./B.Com, etc.) issued by University (if applicable).
  8. Caste Certificate (SC/ST/OBC-A/OBC-B) issued by the competent Govt. authority (if applicable).
  9. PH Certificate (as per Govt. rules, where applicable).
  10. EWS Certificate for the current year issued by the competent Authority.
  11. Exempted Category Certificate issued by the competent Govt. Authority (if applicable).
  12. Ex-servicemen Certificate (if applicable).
  13. First Engagement Letter as a Para-Teacher issued by the Competent Govt. Authority (where applicable).
  14. Experience Certificate for Para-Teachers issued by the D.P.O./S.D.O. for counting of services and age relaxation (where applicable).
  15. All relevant testimonials and certificates relating to co-curricular/extra-curricular activities (as per recruitment rules).
  16. Voter ID or Aadhaar Card.
  17. One self-attested Passport size photograph.

Important Warning: The Board has strictly stated that if any candidate is found ineligible in any respect upon verification, she/he will not be allowed to appear before the interview board.
