AG Bengal Started e-GPF Statement Download for 2024-25

GPF Statement Download: The Accountant General (A&E), West Bengal, has released the annual General Provident Fund (GPF) statement for the financial year 2024-25, making it available online from July 22, 2025. All GPF subscribers can now easily view and download their annual statements. Since the financial year 2020-21, the practice of sending printed GPF statements has been discontinued. Instead, e-GPF statements, complete with a QR code and facsimile signature, have been introduced, which are valid for all official purposes.
How to Download Your e-GPF Statement
To download the e-GPF statement, subscribers must first visit the official website of the Accountant General, West Bengal at https://cag.gov.in/ae/west-bengal/en. From there, they need to navigate to “Online Services” and select “GPF subscriber login.”
- For first-time users: You will need to click on the ‘Forget Password?’ link. An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number, which you can use to set a new password.
- After successfully logging in, click on the ‘GPF Accounts Statement’ option on the dashboard to download the statement in PDF format.
For Unregistered Mobile Numbers
Subscribers whose mobile numbers are not yet registered in the Accountant General (AGWB) database will not be able to log in. They will need to fill out an application form in the prescribed format and send it via post or email to register their number.
Verifying the Statement’s Authenticity
Each downloaded e-GPF statement features a QR code on the top right corner. You can scan this code to verify the authenticity of the statement. This digital-first approach allows subscribers to conveniently access their GPF account details anytime.
