As a result, thousands of OBC students in the state have breathed a sigh of relief.

What to do according to the new guidelines?

According to the new guidelines issued by the Higher Education Department, all OBC students who were forced to apply as general candidates due to the court’s verdict will now have the opportunity to upload their OBC certificates again. Special Arrangements for Assistance

Special arrangements have been made by the Higher Education Department to provide any kind of assistance to the students during the admission process. Students can get their questions and problems resolved through a chatbot named ‘Bina’ and a special call center.

Looking Towards the Future

Although the state’s OBC students can temporarily participate in the admission process as a result of this interim order from the Supreme Court, the final verdict in this case is still pending. However, students and guardians are largely reassured by the promptness of the Higher Education Department.
