Follow the steps below to update your Aadhaar online for free:
- Login to the myAadhaar Portal: First, go to the myAadhaar portal (myaadhaar.uidai.gov.in) and log in with your Aadhaar number and the OTP received on your registered mobile number.
- Select the Document Update Option: After logging in, click on the ‘Document Update’ option.
- Upload Proof of Identity and Address: Scan and upload your Proof of Identity (POI) and Proof of Address (POA) documents.
- Submit: After correctly filling in all the information and uploading the documents, click the submit button.
Please note that this facility is available for free only online. If you wish to update your information by visiting an Aadhaar center, you will have to pay the prescribed fee.
