Enumeration Form Status: For those of you who have filled out your Enumeration Form and submitted it to the Booth Level Officer (BLO), or have submitted it directly online, there is an important update. You can now personally check whether the BLO has uploaded your submitted information onto their designated app. This process is very simple and allows you to confirm the status of your application from the comfort of your home.

It is important to remember that if you check and find your form has not yet been uploaded, there is no need to worry. The process of uploading this information will continue until the fourth of December. Therefore, it is advised to wait until the deadline instead of repeatedly calling and disturbing your BLO. It is expected that your information will be registered on the government portal within this timeframe.

How to Check Your Form Status?

To see if your Enumeration Form has been uploaded, you need to visit the specific government website of the Election Commission and follow a few simple steps. The complete process is discussed step-by-step below.

1. Visit the Official Website

First, you need to go to the website voters.eci.gov.in. Through this website, you can view the status of your form.

2. Login or Registration Process

After entering the website, click on the “Fill Enumeration Form” option on the homepage. This will open the login or sign-up page.

• For New Users (Sign Up): If you do not have an existing account on this portal, click on the “Sign Up” option. Here, you will need to complete the registration process by providing your mobile number, email address (optional), and the captcha code shown on the screen.
• For Existing Users (Login): Those who are already registered should click on the “Login” option. Then, enter your registered mobile number and the captcha code. No password is required here. After clicking the “Request OTP” button, a One-Time Password (OTP) will be sent to your mobile. Enter that OTP in the designated field and click “Verify & Login” to access the portal.

3. The Final Step to Check Status

After a successful login, your name will be displayed at the top of the screen. Now, you need to click on the “Fill Enumeration Form” option again.

• First, select your state (e.g., West Bengal) from the drop-down menu.
• Next, accurately enter your EPIC Number or Voter Card number in the specified box.
• Finally, click the “Search” button.

How to Understand the Result?

Immediately after you click search, the current status of your form will be displayed on the screen.

• If the Form is Uploaded: If your form has been successfully uploaded by the BLO, you will see a message. The message will state: “Your form has already been submitted with mobile number XXXXX…”. The mobile number displayed here is the one you provided in your form.
• If the Form is Not Uploaded: If your form has not been uploaded yet, you will not see any such message, and a new page for filling out the form may open instead.

If you have any doubts, such as if the mobile number shown seems incorrect or if the status shows “submitted” even though you haven’t submitted the form, it is recommended that you contact your local BLO immediately. This method allows you to verify the status of forms submitted both online and offline.
