Visit an Enrollment Center for Biometric Verification

Since the online OTP method is not an option in this scenario, the primary solution is to visit your nearest Aadhaar Enrollment Center. This offline method relies on physical verification. Instead of a mobile OTP, the officials will use biometric verification (fingerprint and iris scan) to authenticate your identity. Process If You Have the Enrollment ID (EID)

If you have preserved the acknowledgment slip from when you first applied for Aadhaar, the process becomes quite straightforward.
