A simple salary increment calculator for West Bengal Government Employees. This is a calculator to calculate normal increment for the month of July every year. This calculator is updated with the ROPA 2019.

Formula for Salary Increment Calculator

West Bengal Government Employees are allowed to get increment at the rate of 3% on 1st day of July every year. The formula used here is:

New Basic Pay = New Basic Pay+ (Old Basic Pay x 3%)

The new basic pay is rounded off to the nearest 100.

BP -9120 GRADE PAY 3900 AFTER INCREMENT THIS SOFTWARE CALCULATE BP =9520 BUT IT IS WRONG ACTUAL BP TO BE = 9510 PLEASE SEE THIS
