SSC SLST Update: SSC Chairman Announces Answer Key Publication and Interview Dates

SSC SLST Update: An important update regarding the West Bengal School Service Commission (SSC) has come to the forefront. Following the conclusion of the second phase of examinations, State Education Minister Bratya Basu and the SSC Chairman held a press conference to provide several crucial details about the recruitment process. Examination Attendance Rate
The attendance rate of candidates in this year’s SSC examination was noteworthy.
- 9th and 10th Grade: For this level, 293,152 out of a total of 319,961 applicants appeared for the exam. This marks an attendance rate of 91%.
- 11th and 12th Grade: For this level, 229,497 out of 246,543 applicants took the exam, indicating an attendance rate of 93%.
Provisional Answer Key Publication Date
After the exam, candidates eagerly await the answer key. The SSC Chairman has announced that the provisional model answer key will be uploaded to the website soon.
- 9th and 10th Grade: The answer key is expected to be uploaded by September 16th.
- 11th and 12th Grade: The answer key may be published around September 20th.
Opportunity to Challenge the Answer Key
If any candidate has objections to the published answer key, they will have the opportunity to challenge it.
- Candidates for the 9th and 10th grades can submit their objections by September 21st.
- For the 11th and 12th grades, this deadline extends until September 25th.
- Candidates must submit their challenges with appropriate proof.
When will the Interview be held?
Although the specific date for the final results has not yet been announced, an indication has been given about the interview process. The SSC Chairman stated that there are plans to conduct the interviews in November. According to the Supreme Court’s directive, the target is to complete the entire recruitment process by December 31st, and the commission is working swiftly to meet this deadline.
