TET Question Error: A significant update has emerged from the Calcutta High Court regarding the TET 2017 and 2022 question error case. After Advocate Ali Hasan Alamgir mentioned the matter, the judge initially instructed him to serve a notice to the opposing party (the Board) before mentioning it again. The petitioners’ counsel agreed to return the next day after serving the notice.

However, the situation took an unexpected turn shortly after. The Board’s counsel, Advocate Ratul Biswas, appeared in court and also mentioned the matter. Since the respondent’s lawyer was present in person, there was no need to serve a separate notice. The judge, after hearing both sides, accepted the mention.
