WBBSE Big Announcement Class 9 Registration And Madhyamik 2026 Test Paper Distribution Date Changed
WBBSE Notice: The West Bengal Board of Secondary Education (WBBSE) has once again demonstrated proactive measures in managing the state’s school education system. Through a recently published notification, the Board has sent a special message to the Headmasters and Headmistresses of all recognized secondary schools in the state. This directive primarily focuses on two crucial aspects: the distribution of Registration Certificates for Class 9 students of 2025 and the collection of Test Papers for Madhyamik 2026 candidates. This decision by the Board is expected to accelerate administrative activities among school authorities and students alike.
Major Changes in the Schedule
According to the previous announcement by the WBBSE, the date for distributing registration certificates to Class 9 students was scheduled for December 23, 2025. However, for administrative convenience and keeping the students’ interests in mind, the Board has made a significant change to this schedule. As per the new notification, the date has been advanced by approximately ten days. Schools have been instructed to collect these documents from their respective Camp Offices on December 12 (Friday) and December 13 (Saturday), 2025.
This shift in schedule will provide schools with the opportunity to complete their administrative tasks more swiftly. It has been informed that the Camp Offices will remain open from 10:30 AM to 5:30 PM on these two days.

Madhyamik 2026 Test Papers and Murshidabad District Update
Not just for Class 9 registration, the Board has also taken significant steps considering the preparation of Madhyamik 2026 candidates. On the same days, i.e., December 12 and 13, the official ‘Test Papers’ published by the Board for the Madhyamik candidates of the 2025-26 academic session will be distributed free of cost from the Camp Offices. These Test Papers play a vital role in the final preparation of the students.
Additionally, there is a special announcement for schools in the Murshidabad district. The venue for the Camp Office in this district has been changed. Headmasters of Murshidabad district are advised to be aware of the newly designated location before going to collect the documents. However, there has been no change in the location of Camp Offices for other districts in the state.
Following this directive from the Board, school heads are requested to collect all documents within the stipulated time and arrange for their quick distribution among the students. This will allow Class 9 students to verify the accuracy of their details and enable Class 10 students to strengthen their preparation for the Madhyamik examination.
