This notification, No. 3323-F(P2), was issued from Nabanna in continuation of a previous notification (No. 4712-F(P2) dated 22nd November, 2024). The circular, signed by P. K. Mishra, Additional Chief Secretary to the Government of West Bengal, has been forwarded to all relevant departments for necessary action. This holiday will lead to the closure of government offices and educational institutions, facilitating festival preparations and celebrations. Viswakarma Puja, dedicated to the divine architect Lord Viswakarma, is celebrated with great enthusiasm in West Bengal, especially in factories, industrial units, and artisan communities.   • The office of the Registrar of Assurances, Kolkata
  • The office of the Collector of Stamp Revenue, Kolkata

These two departments will function as usual. Therefore, individuals with urgent business at these offices are advised to take note of this exception.
