On the last day of that deadline, September 22nd, the state’s counsel, Kapil Sibal, submitted the document. He assured everyone that there is no reason to be misled by reports from various news outlets or portals. The state government has not presented any new arguments in its submission. Bhaskar Ghosh is optimistic that the verdict in this case may be announced soon after the Supreme Court’s Puja vacation ends. He said, “We are hopeful that the employees’ side will win this case.” He reminded everyone that Sangrami Joutha Mancha has been proceeding correctly from the beginning and has taken the right legal steps to counter arguments from lawyers like Kapil Sibal and Abhishek Manu Singhvi.
