- Go to the ECI Portal: First, you need to visit the official website of the Election Commission of India. The website address is eci.gov.in.
- Select the ‘Voter Services’ Option: On the homepage of the website, you will find an option called ‘Voter Services’. Clicking here will bring up a list of various services available to voters.
- Find the ‘Book a Call with BLO’ Option: From the list of services, find and click on the ‘Book a Call with BLO’ option.
- Log In: To use this service, you need to log in to the portal. If you don’t have an account already, you can create a new one using your mobile number by clicking on the ‘Sign Up’ option. You can use your registered mobile number, email ID, or EPIC number to log in.
- Provide Your Details: After logging in, you will need to select your state, district, and assembly constituency. After selecting your booth’s part number, you will be able to see the name of your area’s BLO.
- Request a Callback: Finally, enter your name and the mobile number on which you wish to receive the call, and click on the ‘Send OTP’ option. An OTP will be sent to your mobile, and once you verify it, your request for a callback will be sent to the BLO.
