HS 3rd Semester Result: The wait is finally coming to an end for Higher Secondary students. The West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education (WBCHSE) has officially announced the date for the publication of the Higher Secondary (HS) Examination Semester-III results through a formal notification. According to the notice issued by the council on October 29th, the results for this crucial semester will be declared on October 31, 2025.
A press conference will be held at Vidyasagar Bhavan in Salt Lake, Kolkata, for the official announcement of the results. The results will be formally declared at 12:30 PM. However, students will be able to check their results online starting from 2:00 PM. From this time onwards, the results will be available on various government and private websites.
WBCHSE HS 3rd Semester Result 2025: How to Check Your Result Online
Students can easily check their results by following a few simple steps. It is advisable to follow the procedure below to avoid any confusion:
- First, visit one of the official websites designated by the council, such as https://result.wb.gov.in.
- On the homepage, click on the link that says “H.S. Semester III Result 2025”.
- Next, accurately enter your Roll Number and Registration Number in the specified fields.
- Finally, click the “Submit” button, and your complete result will be displayed on the screen.
On the online result card, students will be able to see their total marks, subject-wise marks for all 6 subjects, subject-wise percentile, and the overall grade obtained.

Instructions for Schools and Online Marksheet
After the results are published, schools will be able to download the marksheets of their students from the council’s dedicated portal. These marksheets will be distributed to the students after being signed and stamped by the Head of the Institution (HOI). Schools can download the marksheets using their unique login credentials from the portal: https://wbchseapp.wb.gov.in/portal/sec_users/login. All students are advised to collect their original marksheets from their respective schools in due course.
