      Respected Sir, This is for your information that my name Joyatpal Mukherjee, Instructor Technical Education and Training Department, WestBengal here by declare that my salary Basic 10340/ + Grade pay 3900 ,is stand since 2012, also my Increment stopped without Govt Order delivered, also CAS stopped after complete 16(Sixteen) years service complete.    I am 40 yes old. My retirement yr will be January 2041. If I now join as a Block youth officer in December,2021; what type of promotion /CAS can I avail in future? What will be my estimated pension and gratuity?
   Now I am a primary teacher with basic pay₹40000. What is advantageous for me- to join as a BYO Or to stay as a primary teacher?
