Bhumihin Krishak Bandhu Scheme Status Check Online Process and Latest Update

Bhumihin Krishak Bandhu: Countless individuals across rural West Bengal have been eagerly waiting for updates regarding the Bhumihin Krishak Bandhu (Landless Farm Laborer) scheme. Finally, the wait seems to be easing. For those who submitted their applications through offline camps or ‘Duare Sarkar’ camps, the state government brings good news. The digitization of applicant data has begun in full swing, and it is now possible to verify the current status of applications online from the comfort of one’s home.

Easy Way to Check Status

To reduce harassment for farmers and leverage technology, the portal has been updated. There is no longer a need to run to government offices repeatedly. To know the status of your application, you need to use the ‘Farmer Search’ module. You can access your details using any one of the following credentials:

  • The Acknowledgement Number received at the time of application.
  • Your Aadhaar Card Number.
  • The registered Mobile Number provided during the application.

Searching with these details will display basic information such as the applicant’s name, district, block, and phone number on the screen.

Why is it Showing ‘Quick Registration’?

Many applicants, after checking their status, are seeing the term “Quick Registration” displayed. There is no need to be confused by this. It simply indicates that your primary data has been entered into the system. Similar to the main Krishak Bandhu (Natun) scheme, the status for this scheme will also be updated in stages. Currently, it is in the initial phase, so more detailed information like ‘Approved’ status or payment details is expected to be added to the portal gradually in the coming days.

What to Do If No Record Is Found?

In many cases, users might encounter a ‘No Record Found’ message or see no data after searching. There is absolutely no reason to panic or worry. Remember, lakhs of applications have been submitted, and data entry work is progressing at different speeds in various districts. It is possible that data upload for your specific block or district has not been completed yet. If your details are not visible today, try again after a few days. This does not imply that your application has been rejected; it merely means the digital entry is pending.

Additionally, sometimes the ‘Check Application’ option on the main website may face technical glitches. In such cases, trying through the direct status checking link usually yields faster results.
