Who Has Been Called?

A total of 2124 NIOS D.El.Ed candidates have been called for this verification process. These candidates were petitioners in the Pompa Dutta vs. State of West Bengal case.

Potential Challenges

Although these candidates have been called for verification, there is uncertainty about whether all of them will secure a job. Many candidates, especially those working in private institutions, may find it difficult to procure necessary documents like salary slips or PF statements. It is believed that the board’s strict conditions might make it difficult for many candidates to qualify.
