Good News! 7 New Hospitals Added to WB Health Scheme for Cashless Treatment

WB Health Scheme: Great news for West Bengal state government employees and pensioners. The state government has empanelled 7 new private hospitals and diagnostic centres under its “West Bengal Health for all employees and Pensioners Cashless Medical Treatment Scheme, 2014”. According to a notification issued by the Finance Department on July 24, 2025, this new addition will ensure better and more convenient medical services for thousands of employees and pensioners in the state. The agreement will be effective until March 31, 2027, or until it is modified or revoked, whichever is earlier. These newly listed healthcare service providers are located in various districts of the state, which will make healthcare more accessible.
