Sir/Madam,
I am directed to inform you that the Seventh Pay Commission constituted by the Finance Department's Resolution No. 2657-F(P1) dated 22.07.2026, read with Resolution No. 2760-F(P1) dated 29.07.2026, is required to examine the present structure of pay and allowance of the State Government employees, partly or fully and employees of certain organisations, whose pay and allowances are also borne by the State Government, and to make appropriate recommendations accordingly. The Commission, therefore, requires the particulars relating to the posts, services, cadres and employees of the State Government, as well as those concerned with the Part-A & B of the resolution.
In view of the above, I am directed to request you to kindly instruct the Nodal Officer of your Department to furnish above information on the 7th Pay Commission's Questionnaire through https://7spc.wb.gov.in/ as per the prescribed formats.
The Nodal Officer will be able to access the portal (7th Pay Commission's Questionnaire) by logging in using the mobile number, make entry and submit.
