First, you need to go to the IFMS portal of the Government of West Bengal. The website link is –https://www.wbifms.gov.in
. - Step 2: Log In
On the website’s homepage, click on the “e-Services for Employees” option. Then click on the “Sign In” option. Log in here with your ID, which is your online PF account number, and the password you created during registration. - Step 3: Reset Password (if necessary)
Often, if you haven’t logged in for a long time, the password expires. In that case, you will be asked to create a new password. To do this, you will need to generate an OTP (One-Time Password) using your PF account number and registered mobile number. After verifying the OTP, you can create a new password. - Step 4: Go to the PF Statement Option
After successfully logging in, you will see a dashboard. Click on the “PF Statement” option from the left-hand menu. - Step 5: Select the Financial Year
After clicking on the “PF Statement” option, you will need to select the financial year. Choose the financial year for which you want to see the statement. - Step 6: Generate the Statement
After selecting the financial year, click the “Generate” button. Your PF statement will be downloaded as a PDF file shortly. - Step 7: View the Statement
Open the downloaded PDF file to see all the information about your PF account, such as your deposits, withdrawals, and the amount of interest earned.
