No. 1020 – Home(Cons.)/R13A -02/2026 dated, the 10th June, 2026. – In exercise of the power conferred by clause (3) of article 166 of the Constitution of India, and in supersession of this Department’s Notification No. 869-Home (Cons.) dated 13.05.2026, the Governor is pleased hereby to make the following re-allocation of business as noted in column (3) among Ministers in the State of West Bengal as mentioned in column (2) of the Schedule given below for the purposes of the West Bengal Rules of Business :-
