সংবাদমাধ্যমে তথ্য প্রদান ইত্যাদি সংক্রান্ত পশ্চিমবঙ্গ সরকারের মুখ্য সচিব মহোদয়ের 19/05/2026 তারিখের পরিপত্র নং 139, যা এই দপ্তরের নং 696-PAR-HR/O/PAR(Estt)/MISC-11/2023 তারিখ 20/05/2026 স্মারকের মাধ্যমে প্রেরণ করা হয়েছিল, তার ধারাবাহিকতায় এই মর্মে স্পষ্ট করা হচ্ছে যে, উক্ত পরিপত্রে উল্লিখিত বিধানসমূহ কেবলমাত্র পশ্চিমবঙ্গ সরকারের নিয়মিত প্রতিষ্ঠানের অধীনে কর্মরত আধিকারিক ও কর্মচারীবৃন্দ এবং পশ্চিমবঙ্গ সরকারের প্রশাসনিক নিয়ন্ত্রণাধীন বোর্ড, কর্পোরেশন, আন্ডারটেকিং ও অন্যান্য পারা-স্টেটাল সংস্থা ইত্যাদির ক্ষেত্রেই প্রযোজ্য হবে।
সংশ্লিষ্ট সকল কর্তৃপক্ষকে অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে যে, তাঁরা যেন তাঁদের অধীনস্থ সকল আধিকারিক ও কর্মচারীবৃন্দকে এই মর্মে যথাযথভাবে অবহিত করেন।
