Earned Leave Rule Bangla, for state government employees of West Bengal as it is described in West Bengal Service Rule part I.

  1. We are blood bank Technician. Blood bank 24*7 open. We get a day off in every week. But in case of holiday even in OPD off-day we do our work. Is there any prohibition to get leave by management. Is there any order of CCL? Because our DDO always demand order. I am far (>700km) from my home. It is very essential for me.
