They shall ordinarily be transferred upon completing two years of service in the post and are not permitted to continue beyond three years in the same assignment.
- Consideration of Officer Convenience: While executing transfers, the convenience of the officers regarding their preferred district may be taken into consideration, provided it perfectly aligns with administrative convenience and serves the broader public interest.
