How to Check Your Application Status
If you have applied for the Yuvasathi scheme, you can verify your enrollment status by visiting the official portal at https://apas.wb.gov.in/. Follow the steps below to track your application:
- Visit the official Yuvasathi portal.
- Locate and click on the ‘Check Status’ option on the homepage.
- Enter the mobile number you provided during the application process and fill in the captcha code correctly.
- Click on ‘Get OTP’. Once you receive the One Time Password on your registered mobile number, enter it and click ‘Verify Pin’.
If your data has been successfully uploaded to the system, your Application Number or Registration Number will be displayed on the screen. Additionally, you can view or reprint your submitted form by clicking on the ‘Application Form’ option.
Information for Offline Applicants
Many applicants who submitted their forms offline at camps might not see their details online immediately after logging in. There is no need to panic in such cases. The primary reasons for this delay are:
- The massive volume of forms collected at camps requires time to be manually uploaded into the online database.
- Data entry typically happens in phases, often after the initial collection drive at the camps is completed.
Therefore, even if you received a registration number manually at the camp, it might take some time to reflect on the online portal.
Re-application and Verification Details
A frequent query from applicants is whether they can apply online if their offline submission is not yet visible. Technically, this is possible. Since the offline form might not have been uploaded yet, the system may accept a new online application. Later, when the officials process the offline form, the system will detect the duplication based on Aadhaar or contact details. In such cases, the offline form might be marked as ‘Already Enrolled’ or rejected, while the online application remains valid.
However, applicants should note that currently, the portal only confirms whether the registration has been generated. Details regarding the verification process—whether the application has been ‘Approved’ or ‘Rejected’—are not yet available. Applicants will need to wait a few more days for updates on the final verification status.
